When I reached out to Brian, I did not know who he was since I did not have a referral for him. I was just realtor shopping. When I expressed an interest in one of his listings, he immediately went out to the property and began making a video for me. Which in itself was amazing customer service, I only just spoke to Brian once on the phone. But even better customer service occured when in the video, Brian pointed out all the great things about the property but mostly all the "not so great" things... being very specific. He was not biased at all and was not trying to just sell us, but wanted to listen to us and find us the perfect home. I knew at that point that my realtor shopping was over and I had found the right realtor!
We did not go with that original property but after only one visit with Brian in person, we did find our dream home and we LOVE IT! Brian was with us every step of the way in constant communication via text, email, and phone. It only took us 30 days to find and buy our Mountain Paradise!"
